Iβm confused by the negative reviews. I was just there the other day. The same owner and same great service. They didnβt over charge me and I was in and out super quick. Iβve been coming here for 15 years and send my friends here all the time with no problems. This place only charged me for the tire, no labor cost, and itβs always solid. Glad I ignored all these reviews.

The prices have gone up significantly compared to other tire shops. This used to be one of the best tire shops in Los Angeles, offering great value and excellent customer service. However, ever since the younger owner took over the business, it hasnβt been the same as it was under the previous owner. The competitive pricing and outstanding customer service that made this shop stand out are no longer there. The biggest disappointment was being charged just to put air in my tires. That was something they used to do as a courtesy. Sadly, this is no longer the affordable, customer-friendly tire shop it once was.

I've been using this tire shop for a long time. To be honest, the customer service has never been very good, but I kept coming back because of their prices. Now, their prices aren't much different from other tire shops, so there's really no advantage anymore. What disappointed me the most is that they don't seem willing to help with tire warranty claims. My tires wore out much faster than expected, so I went back to ask about the warranty. They checked the tires and told me they would call me back, but they never did. Most major tire shops handle warranty claims promptly, but that wasn't my experience here. On another visit, I had a flat tire and asked for a tire patch. Instead, they installed a tire plug but still charged me the price of a patch. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop, especially if you expect good customer service or need help with tire warranty claims.

I have been coming here for years (15~16 yrs) only because I've been living nearby and I don't expect much from simple tire change, repair or service. But two particular facts I have come to realize for sure. How they treat their employees and how inconsistent they quote their service or product(tire) depending on a customer and/ or a situation a customer is in. Again, most people don't seem to care much just like I used to, but pay little more attention to those two facts mentioned above, you will know this is not the kind of place you want to see it thrive. No tip sign should have been the red flag. Shame on me for using this place over the years just for the convenience. Never again.

Horrible experience. I visited this shop for a tire replacement, and during the service a wheel stud was damaged. What concerned me most was not the damage itself, but how the situation was handled afterward. First, I was told that one of the studs had been installed incorrectly beforehand and could break during removal. However, the stud had already been broken at that point. Second, when I raised concerns about the damaged stud, the owner repeatedly denied that the shop had caused the damage. Third, after a lengthy discussion, I was told that a nearby repair shop had been contacted and would fix it at the this shop's expense. When I later visited that repair shop, I was informed that they had not received any such call. Mistakes can happen during automotive work, and I understand that. What I cannot overlook is the lack of accountability and the inconsistent explanations I received. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this place.
